Second this! The 'Service Manual' describes how to remove the front facia to remove them. The service manual also instructs how to remove the headlight assemblies BUT they would not come out no matter how I 'twisted, turned, slid, pulled'. I was FINALLY able to remove them only AFTER removing the facia (bumper cover). Sometimes, even when the service manual is written correctly, how the car is assembled effects whether or not the instructions for a specific task, works. The service manual is in the documents collection. Good luck!
