Would I be correct in assuming that you have replaced the first aid kit with the fire extinguisher? Also what is that black plastic item on top of the triangle on the right hand side?
Finally, a photo without the items in place, showing the pattern of the holes where the Velcro goes through would be a great help, then I could estimate their positions as it might be tricky for you to measure them.
As I have the kit and the triangle already and would like to have them stowed neatly as the UK ones are. My guess is that the first aid kit is a bit old now.
I have a newer kit made by someone else somewhere.

The fire extinguisher has always been in the car, during my ownership. Which looks "standard" considering there is also the Black bracket (pictured) that secures the head of the extinguiser in place (as well as the velcro for the cylinder).
The small black bracket to the right looks like something else clipped in there. But is not there now.
Do still plan on getting that photo for you, with these items removed, showing velcro/bracket positioning (will upload soon)......
