There are two small slots on either side of your radio.

There are two small 'keys' that fit in and you simply pull the radio out. Pretty slick design. MB has used this for years and any audio shop should have the keys to pull the radio. You could also buy them through your dealer or probably online. They are inexpensive and I have purchased mysself a set, rather than rely on shop tools.
