Default Electrical Issues (UGH)

My 2007 Base Roadster is having electrical problems. 34k miles, always garaged. Full disclosure, a mouse got in last winter. Found only a chewed paper towel, and a couple chewed wires inside the PCM (?) all the wires and connectors next to the battery. Started as an airbag light. Dealer spent $650.00 to "solve" it for me. I thought a small price to pay.
Next day, dash looks like a Christmas Tree with every warning light on. Shut ignition off, restated and most went out. After inspecting wires and connectors seemed good, then not. Now intermittently, spoiler rises on it's own and indicates failure. Seems that at that point the convertible top will not function. I have inspected as much remaining wiring as I can get at without removing the entire interior and can see no other chews. I have inspected grounds and the power distribution block and all seems well. An ideas ?
