Re: Car Cover?
I believe I got mine at carcovers.com, it's a 5 layer cover, fleeced lined that seemed to be designed for my Crossfire, fits beautifully and I honestly love it. I believe I paid $149 or so for it.
However, BIG WARNING, due most Crossfires with original paint being very old already, the clear coat has many tiny cracks on the surface and are prone to cloudy white staining on the clear coat if any waters gets stuck between the cover and paint for a length of time.
All car covers will allow a certain amount of water to get past the material in rain. Whatever you do, never leave the car cover on after it rains, make sure to remove it so the water is allowed to evaporate away.
If not, you will get some white cloudy spots into the clear coat. If light enough, they can be buffed out, but deeper ones cannot. You will need to respray that panel if that is the case. I highly recommend you only use your car cover during the summer if out in the open, of under a carport in raining weather.
