Default Re: Why was this car a failure?

Even in this market the value of these cars keeps going down. A year ago I sold my wife's SUV for the same amount we paid two years prior. I checked with the vendor on my 100k mile SRT6 and they boldly offered 6000 site unseen which I refused. I checked yesterday with the same buyers and a 100k mile SRT6 is worth 2000. These cars are a great value for someone that is savvy enough to do basic work on the cars they drive. On my SLK I saw where a shop charged the previous owner 495.00 to replace a Crank Position Sensor, now that is insane. Sad part is she had been taking the car to them for years. The shops name was EuroTrash something in south Nashville. Sadly, the SRT6 I was chasing got gone today. A Non-Running 115k Mile GG SRT6 was snagged for 4000. I am a huge fan of the Crossfires but I don't miss the crayon smell from the headliner!
