From what I understand resetting the codes or disconnecting the battery will require a driving period (50-100 miles more or less) to clear a "Not Ready" indication for some things. In my case it was
Catalyst and Evap. Supposedly this was a safety measure so people couldn't reset the codes and immediately go have their car inspected. This will make some things not ready in the OBDII reader until the car has been through a driving period and sensors do their jobs.
