I used a couple of short pieces of split wire looms to assist me in aligning the Blend Door Shafts on the back of the HVAC Control Module with the receiver shafts inside the upper console. I also removed the upper console HVAC outlets above (simple job) so I could see from above the re-alignment & re-install of the Blend Door shafts. Both tasks made it much easier to re-align everything when I was putting things back together.



Keep in mind, all the advice provided by GraphiteGhost in the previous post is valuable. We can't stress enough to make sure the Blend Door shafts are not rotated so the system functions correctly when everything is back together.
