it is located at the fitting where the lower rad hose connects to the block. Does anyone know if there was a cap?
If I’m not mistaken, it’s there to allow for a quick rad flush. My NA engine had one on it too.
You’re not missing anything. If your rad and overflow are full then you’re good.
