You have a new conductor plate I believe. Look where the plug bolts to the conductor plate. You should see where the new plug that comes with the kit will screw into. and you will notice on the new plug there is only about 1/8 inch of threads that mate with the conductor plate. Use a long nose pliers or better a vise grip pliers and twist and pull at the same time on the 7mm screw head, When it is loose the 7mm will only come out about 1/2". At that point the plug is loose and you pull the plug off of the conductor plate. If you are replacing the old conductor plate it doesn't matter if it gets messed up in removing the plug. It may help if you drain the transmission and wiggle the conductor plate a bit. That may help the threads grab on the 7mm and you can work it out. Good Luck and tell us what worked for you.
