Found a srt6 with no ecm for a good price. The problem is the last owner ripped the ecm out. Long story short, the car took the blunt of the anger from a cheating girlfriend.😬 anyway trying to get this car back to its original glory. I don't know if I should get a totaled out srt6 and use it as a doner car and use the ecm. But I don't know if it needs to be re programmed to fit this srt6. The other option I found is taking it to a mercedes dealer and seeing if they can program a new one for it. I heard that can be quite pricey tho.
any thoughts?
