Add some 'dry gas' to the tank, add a can or two of an octane boost, and THEN fill the tank with premium. DO THIS ALL AT THE PUMP so when you start the car the entire mixture will be mixed throughout. It may stumble a couple of times but pretty soon the 'bad gas' influence should be gone with the different additives mixed in with new gas. Unless you have no flow, you shouldn't have to drain/flush the tank/fuel system.
Try not to drive 'hard' until another fuel fill (the added octane may result in a hotter engine). Good luck!
