OUCH... That can be fixed, it'll take some diligent work, trial and error, and patience (like member UrbanE alluded to). Many here have fixed various body damaged areas (rust, impact, or just plain bad design/engineering), those who fixed it themselves were skilled or adventurous. The links for a 'recycle' yard SRT-6 facia could also be your choice (with a repaint to match), I am sure no one here would criticize your decision. Good luck with whatever you choose.
