Well I checked my reservoir and I think I know why the top does not work hydraulically, the reservoir level is not only low but appears to be empty. So I guess I have some leaks somewhere. I just need to figure out why all my lights come on when i put the top down manually. I can live with manually operating the top if I didn't get the other problems when I do, ie lights and spoiler.
