Default Crossfire Newbie needing help with water leak

Ok, first off I understand there are alot of posts on water leaks.

I work almost 100hrs a week and this is my daughters car.

It's hard to find the time to research countless hours for just the right post.

This is what I have going.

the Central Locking Pressure Module was sitting in 4 inches of water after two hurricanes.

i have located where the water is leaking into the trunk.

it is coming out of the holes punched out of the steel shell by the right (passenger) side tailight. I pour water on it and see it leaking.

So somehow it is getting into the inside of liftgate frame and riding down until it hits these holes then its leaking into the floor where the Central Locking Pressure Module sits.

i forgot to mention this whole under taking started when my daughters foglamps and parking lights wouldn't shut off after turning the car off and removing the key.

So my question obviously is what are some of the fixes you fine Crossfire owners have performed to remedy this?

i assume it has to be either the wiring boot going from the roof to the hatch leaking or something at the top of the hatch.

i don't think its the tailights because where the water is coming out it doesn't make sense but I also know water leaks can defy physics.

I will include a pic where the water is coming out. Please have mercy on me. I know there is a plethora of posts on this but I mean it when I say I have so little time.

Obviously if I had money I wouldn't be working like I do and would've taken it to a mechanic.

Thank you.

This is right above where the central locking pressure module sits. If you look close you can see the water. This is almost parallel from the passenger tailingt
