He is in AZ and repairs RCMs. He will completely inspect your RCM and make all necessary repairs and add a new function so your horn will work even when ignition is off. Many of us keep a spare RCM and a CPS ( Crank position sensor) with the car for just such times as you find yourself. He has very fast turn around times.
