Default Re: Engine needing replaced?

I didn't really think about the problem with making a new thread every time but now that you mention it, it make sense to stay on one thread. It has 218k and has only been having issues for a little over a month. Now before anyone bashes me it was my last resort as the only import shop near me has really bad reviews, and I figured that at the very least they would have manuals to guide them through diag. I took it to my local chrysler dealer. I already regret it and I've done some digging to find a new mechanic that can help me, but I was desperate and made not the best decision. As for symptoms, it has an over fueling issue according to the dealer, I asked them to also check out a ticking noise, which I was told by another mechanic from the college I went to that it's probably just lifter tick. The main concern though is that it occasionally stalls and won't start up, I can wait for like 30 minutes not do anything, then turn the key and it'll start up with no problem, as well as that it has recently had the issue of a delay in the throttle. If I give it gas it bogs down, almost stalling out, before it actually accelerates. I have replaced the throttle body with helped a little bit, but from some research I've done I'm wondering if maybe it's the pedals position sensor that is causing the issue. Sorry for the long read, just trying to give as much info as possible, also please go easy on me. I know taking these cars to chrysler is cardinal sin, but at the time I thought I was my best option
