Attach a wire to one of the back up light leads and run it to the camera's control. The camera will now be powered whenever the transmission is placed in reverse. I do not know how large the camera's control and wifi generator are but assume they are small and can be mounted somewhere behind the trunk panel. A lead can then be run out to the camera mounted in the license plate area.
