The SRT6 does NOT have an ERG valve!
Are there any other codes?? Why did you scan the car: what symptoms/problems are you having?
Clear that code and any others. Drive the car and see if that code comes back.
The EGR valve on an NA is located behind the right bank cylinders. It is easily see with the engine cover removed.
