Supercharging to Supercharged M112 -> M11k-ish
Almost everything on this project has been a direct bolt on! Very fun project so far. I had to cut off the air injection pump bracket but otherwise its been smooth. New gaskets and o-rings galor making sure I do it right. All thats left is tying up loose vacuum lines, installing the cooling system, and making sure everything is working and plugged in as need be! I'm very thankful for everyone thats been helping and can't wait to get a video of it running out to you all! <3 For the throttle body I was able to just flip it upside down, thankfully I had a spare hose because I broke a few, extra brittle. V-tech helped me get a 78mm clutchless pulley (bigger than stock) because I really didn't wanna deal with the whole electro magnet and it's alot of rotating weight. If anyone has a full vacuum hose/egr breakdown that'd be great! I find lots of snipits and portions but not really a good full blown diagram of everything and how they work together. I'll end up modifying/re-doing the wiring harness later too so it's well out of the way and have no tension at all.
(and yes I'm an imposter amongst you, it's a Mercedes e320 but the guys at mbworld are mean '^'
