Thanks for input everyone. The squeal is now gone, so it is hard to specifically diagnose. As I said earlier, it came on after gunning it to get out into traffic. The squeal was consistently there for about a week, but silent now.
I will probably go the pully saver route, but not get to it until my brother in law is around sometime to help install it.
