Mrsed, I have read in your post that you have worked on the RCM, replaced some fuses and resoldered some spots. However, I recommend you send an email to tighed@hotmail.com and ask him to repair your RCM. He wrote the thread on "Mystery No Start". He is a long time member here and has helped myself and so many others with correcting RCM problems. He will completely refurbish the RCM and make an improvement which allows the horn to be activated when the key is out of the ignition. It will cost about $60 which is about half the cost of a new RCM. He lives in AZ so expect it to take about eight days, but he generally completes the work in just one day and quickly turns it around back to you. The RCM plays such a huge part in so many problems, It really must be working at 100% all the time.

PS The ECM Engine Control Module, which on the Crossfire is by Chrysler definition the PCM Powertrain Control Module is a big deal to replace! You should not need to do that. It requires programing which only a very few are capable to do properly. Best to leave that thought out of your plans.
