I was in contact with tighed1 late this morning and my RCM will be in the mail to him on Monday!! Thank you Jim for talking with me this morning, it was very enlightening!! Thanks Pizzaguy and everyone on the forum for your help. It is greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to feeling better when I put in that RCM!
