I'm sure there are a few owners that have installed 19" rims on the front. Since this thread is somewhat old, getting a response may be slow. But I've attached a file I use to look at various wheel options on the Crossfire. Hope it helps you with a decision.
So based on this chart and what AMX said above is it safe to say that a 285/40/19 would not fit? I currently have 285/35/19 and it looks like there is enough space for the extra 5mm of sidewall but i am no tire expert.
