Default Auto-Shifter Shifting in Left Turns in Manual Mode
First post here, usually use the forum to help me but this is the first time I have had to post as no one has had the issue, save for 1 person who never updated on the fix (if he found one).

I got the car March 2021 and had no issues right away but after about 3 months I had an issue appear - any slight pressure to the right results in complete shifting (usually) to DRIVE from whatever gear I'm in while using the manual auto-shifter function and ESPECIALLY in left turns...so I have resorted to keeping slight left pressure on the stick to compensate. I had assumed this was due to also snapping the transmission mount around the same time so I had the stealership replace the engine and tranny mounts the following spring in 2022...which did NOT fix the issue but thankfully the **** doesnt move anymore. lol

I have also noticed that in cold weather (Canadian winters) the shifter will NOT stay in whatever gear I manually choose and will instead go right to DRIVE...that is until the car warms up (by warms up I mean I have been driving for about 15 mins and the exhaust has had time to warm the shifter itself as its physically much warmer due to ambient heat below from the exhaust following the centerline), and then it is fine and will stay in the gear until, once again, a left turn or any slight pressure to the right is applied.

I have not pulled the trigger yet on the transmission conductor plate kit as I am unsure if it will fix the issue, although every forum says its a precaution that should be done regardless for our cars so I will probably due it soon anyways.
