In the relay control moodul/PCM/BCM large black plastic box (next to the battery) there is a connector to the A/C clutch attached to the forward wall. You can disconnect that electric connector, apply 12v directly to the clutch and see if it engages.
If it engages then clutch is OK and you are low on R-134a refrigerant.
