Thank you pizzaguy and amx1397 for you advise it was very helpful. I'm going to have my mechanic replace the fuel, fuel pump, charcoal canister and charcoal canister shutoff valve all the the same time since he's going to be in the same area as all 4 parts and if that doesn't work I'll have him check for faulty wire and a crack/break in the fuel lines. These 4 parts even though they might not be the problem haven't been replaced ever so I'm doing process of elimination kind of thing. I still get alot of woow's and compliments every time I drive it anywhere and I love my little roadster so I don't want to give up on it. Thanks guys for your insight and I'll update on the results.
