Recently, I purchased an Audi TT Cup Holder MK1 00-06 from eBay. To make it more secure, I crafted a sturdy L-shaped aluminum bracket and affixed it to the bottom of the cup holder. Then, I used double adhesive tape to attach the cup holder to the side trim.
