Just manually close the air pump relay and it should turn on. Don't even have to turn the key on. Might want to take a look at the contacts. If they're burnt replacing the relay is your best bet. LMK
ok I am not aware how to close the relay manually, but I did take a look at it. There is a little discoloration, but nothing like the pic you attached
