I'll tell you what I would buy... if someone can make a production quality armrest that is padded leather, to fit over the center divider I'll buy that! Everything inside the car is visually pleasing no reason to mess with it, it's just everything is so hard on the elbows and knees.
I made one and it was pretty easy, I'll try to post some pics.
