Whenever I come to a stop my car will rock at idle almost all the time, and occasionally while driving my car will stall when my car stalls if I turn it back on as soon as it happens everything is fine but now if I park it after it stalls when I return it will no longer start back up I have to disconnect the battery to get it to work again any thoughts?

You need to give more information to help understand the problem.
Is it an auto or manual? Coupe or Roadster? Year? etc...
Can you explain what rocks at idle means? Does it run rough or does the whole car move back and forth?
