The two primary causes of the issue you have is the RCM and CPS. Both are recommended to carry spares at all times. Everyone is recommended to replace the RCM, it is plug and play. and send the old one to DJ and have it rebuilt for a spare. Use only a BOSCH CPS as a spare. Is you have a bad CPS the old one should be tossed. They are heat sensitive and many times work when they cool down. The link from EXPARAMEDIC has directions for both of these parts.
