Has it always been deployed since you bought it, did it deploy once and never come back down when the speed dropped, can you manually retract it, were there any motor noises heard.....things like that will allow us to help you.

Hi. It has been stuck since before I bought it. It won’t manually retract with the dashboard button. There are no noises at all when I press the button.
The previous owner said it had worked intermittently in the past.
Ido not know if it got stuck when automatically deployed or with the button.
