I've had the exact same issue - mice chewing through my wires. Yes, those wires go to the windshield washer pump and washer fluid level sensors. The gray pneumatic line is for the HVAC louver. I reconnected those wires and put a plastic conduit over them. Now my washer sprays again. No low fluid warning light. In my case, the mice only chewed through the wire under the battery and left the rest of the wire alone, so I had enough wire coming out of the large harness that I could use butt connectors to join everything together. I can imagine if the mice chewed the wires back to the harness, it would get really difficult to connect them back together. The big harness I'm talking about is under the control box (looking towards the drivers side from the passenger side by the battery, those wires come out of the harness under the control box). Probably if you feel along that harness, you'll find the place where the wires exited. To fix it, you might have to remove the control box, peel back the cable dressing, and splice some new wire lengths - not hard, just time consuming.
Hope that helps.
