Most likely yes. I've completely overhauled fog lights, running lights and high beams with LED. All I can that the difference to normal bulbs is staggering.
I started by replacing driving lights with Phillips Ultinon Pro 9100 H7 series LED (5800K light range). Bulb out warning was appearing approx 50% of time so not always.
This was already a major improvement to stock lights however I wanted to try out some other brand also.
I then ordered Novsight 120w H7 LED kit which is 6500K and put those on. Wow what a upgrade over the Phillips.
I then ordered same Novsight 120w HB4 9600 LED 6500K kit for fog lights also and put those Phillips Ultinon Pro LED's to high beams.
So now when I drive with fog fog lights and normal driving lights on it is pure white light and extremely bright.
Phillips LED's were OK and definite improvement over stock and they will do as high beams.
The difference to start situation is like you were blind but now you can see
Regarding bulb out warning light... I had odometer light bulb burned so I removed the cluster to replace the burned bulb and at the same time removed that bulb warning light bulb.
Problem solved.
