Hi 1NAR any update on this project? I am looking into doing this to my 2004 e320. Same m112 engine, 722.6 transmission. Have you had any issues after replacing the fuel rail and injectors as far as AF mix? Is this a feasible upgrade while keeping the stock ECU?
