Do you know if the unit was installed at the factory or at the dealership? The reason I ask is the instructions that came with mine were completely backwards and if the dealership installed per these instructions it won't work. It took me several days between the parts guy printing me out proper schematics of the radio hookups and talking to Becker of North America that I was able to solve the puzzle. The sad thing is that the guy at Becker told me that Chrysler is aware that the instructions are wrong and hasn't done anything to correct them. But now mine works good and yours should recalculate if you go off your route.
