My major complaint is that so many roads are not included - I seem to be "off-road" alot. However, it does show the direction that you need to go - as the bird fly's - which is a help but only if the system includes your destination. The POI's are very limited. Maybe Becker wasn't able to spend a lot of time in this part of KY. I've read on this forum that it's very expensive to buy replacement CD's and of course you still wouldn't know what has been added since your originals were issued. IMO it isn't worth the extra $1,200 sticker that Chrysler wants. My brother has a portable GPS that he paid less than $500 for about three years ago that has a map and is much more functional. Some of the better Chrysler Nav systems have a 20 gig hard-drive. Ours seems to depend on the two CDs. Of course my brother drives a Sky so what does he know.
