It was good to see the OP found out the cause, solved it himself and then posted the answer.
The part number will be on the back. It will also be in the parts lists of all the model years that I posted over fifteen years ago which most people do not know exist.
The Electronic parts list I also posted no longer works.
My post titled ‘Index of Crossfire Problems and Repairs’ is getting to contain obsolete information and should be updated, I just cannot be patient enough to do it.☹️

I LOVE my car. I think now that I fixed this and the radio, I can honestly say I know of nothing wrong with the car except the drivers seat is stuck all the way to the roof. Lol. It is pretty high. I have shown off my taillights to a couple of different Mustangs recently. 😀 I've always wanted a Crossfire, but I didn't know about the SRT6 till I found this one. So I'm 20 years behind on you guys, but, I'm an electronics tech and I have a great mechanic.
