You might want to try driving on a bumpy road with a passenger in the car. As you go along the road have the passenger push on different areas of the dashboard or where ever they think the squeak is coming from.
Then if the squeak stops, you have located the trouble, unless it's inside the dashboard. Once you find it you might be able to tighten it or stuff some foam insulation behind the squeaky part to silence it.
