U may have a pin inside one of the connections ,,, bent or not going in all the way ,,either on the RCM or the computer,, check that it has happened more than once.
check all the plug ins inside your computer box. did U install a NEW or used RCM, if U soldered it yourself get a new one and send that one to TJ.
