2005 limited roadster.

I am prepared to be scolded for my post, I have watched all of the great you tube videos and searched posts on the forum. But I’m still unable to find the fix for my Top and Spoiler issue.

1. All switches APPEAR to be In good shape
2. No water damage in trunk.
3. My key fob locks and unlocks both doors and trunk.
4. When I turn the D ring, both windows go down.
5. When I press the top down switch, I get a beep. But my trunk doesn’t lock. From my understanding the trunk should lock to tell the PTCM it’s safe to lower the top.
6. The top down switch flashes for a few minutes, and then the light on the switch goes out.
7. Spoiler switch light is a continuous flash. And doesn’t move my spoiler.
8. I Assume the vacuum pump works since my door locks work with fob and lock button on dash.
9. I have tried the to resync the top by performing the complete open and close top manually 3 times. While car is running.
10 hydraulic fluid in reservoir is just above minimum line.
11. All fuses are good.

Hopefully I didn’t miss any information that would help in diagnosing these issues.
