Maybe the best option is to wait for someone who wants to sell a SRT at a sensible price and get that. Then it could either be developed as is or else single turbocharged, I have experience with turboing a 3 liter Nissan V6 making 420 real horses atw and spinning the wheels at low revs from starts. The SRT is set up for boost which is crucial.
