Those transmission connectors are super super annoying. That happens to me every time I have had transmission service done if the connector was replaced. You will have to replace the connector again, it is best to buy one from a local Mercedes dealership since the list price is about 16.50. In the future it might be best to leave the previous connector alone if it is not leaking when doing transmission service.
