The easiest way to do this is to build one. It’s not that hard to do.
if you’re handy and creative, you’ll have one done in under 2 weeks.

If your not handy, you’re going to need to accept and enjoy the single din until someone either starts making them or a 3D print file is made available.

I’m curious, if one was available for sale, where would the sell price need to be? What would this be worth? If it was $500 would that be crazy? perhaps if there was a known market with a decent sell price, someone may be swayed to set this up as a side hustle.

Parts to build one $200 plus time
time = $???.00/ hour

I think 180 would agree, if you need to factor in your time it’s well over $500
