The correct level is flush with the white finned pillar you can see aft of the fill hole.
This description didn't make sense until I took off the tank's cap.
As you can see in the photo my coolant was low.
Thanks to
onehundred80 I could determine how much coolant to add. Shame on Chrysler for not mentioning this fill level "pillar" in the owner's or service manuals.
