Hi, when you go look at the car, don't let them rush you. Take your time and make sure everything works;
Heated seats, fog lights, signals, high beams, power seats, radio(make sure that you can change stations, adjust the volume, turn it on and off),
with the key out try to honk the horn (If it's the original Relay Control Module it won't honk until the key is on. If it's a rebuilt one the horn will work with no key).
I can see the headliner is sagging and will need to be re-glued. Also see if the cup holder in the center console closes and stays closed. I haven't seen one picture where it's closed. Check the cigar lighter for power.
Also, have the dealer open the fuse panel located on the driver's side dash (See the picture with the arrow below). Look on the fuse panel door to see if it says "Stickey Key Fix" with a date. If not you might eventually have to do the sticky key fix. Check the car fax report.
It looks like a good car and the mileage is about right for the year.
