i have seen this before when someone hooked he lines to the fuel filter up incorrectly, then realized it when the car wasn't running and then got them sorted. although they pumped gas into their charcoal canister before figuring it out. did you do the work or was it a shop that may have done this and not told you about the "hiccup"
