I think the best is the micropod II drb III emulator, runs around $140. You need a laptop to run it, but unless you want to spend thousands of dollars on a scanner that can read all the module codes, this is the best bang for the buck. Setup is a little complicated, but one of the members here made a ready to go virtual machine that works great. My laptop has windows 11 and it works just as well as the windows 7 version.
