Hi everyone!

i just recently purchased a 2004 crossfire… w/118k miles, love the car…. I wanted to have the transmission oil changed since I didn’t know if it was ever done…. When I took the vehicle to a shop that was knowledgeable and certified to work on the car… they actually suggested if the car was not giving any trouble in switching gears, leaks..etc… that it may be best to leave it alone….. if the the oil was not changed, then changing it at this point may be more damaging since any particles of slugg may at this point dislodge and cause issues….
So I didnt have the work done….. both men appeared very knowledgeable, so I wanted to ask this to you all….. what are your thoughts?
